Carpaccio of salmon

This is a very easy and fast dish. You only need to buy the natural salmon, already sliced, and you are almost done.
Moreover the carpaccio of salmon is such an healthy dish!
Ingredients for 2 persons:
- Natural salmon: 200 g. (preferably already sliced)
- Lemon: 1 small
- Pink pepper (it’s the ideal for fish)
- Dill (if you like it)
- Extravergin olive oil
- A food container
- I put the slices of salmon in the container and I pour on it the lemon squeeze, in order to cover it as much as possible. I add the ground pink pepper and some salt. Then I put everything in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
- I drain the salmon’s slices, I put them on the dishes and I add some oil and some dill.
